Gilco Global is a mobility solutions and infrastructure company working in sync with global partners known for advanced engineering, international safety standards, and intelligent vertical transportation systems. As we continue expanding across infrastructure and mobility projects, we are looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to join our Mumbai operations team.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

▸ Accounting & GST/TDS coordination

▸ Vendor billing & payment tracking

▸ Ledger maintenance & documentation

▸ MIS reporting & project coordination

▸ Billing, receivables & compliance support

▸ Inventory and logistics coordination

▸ Cross-functional coordination with Operations, Sales & Projects

Who Can Apply:

▸ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting





▸ 1–3 years of relevant experience

▸ Working knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll & statutory compliance

▸ Positive MS Excel and coordination skills

▸ Candidates based in Mumbai or open to relocation

Compensation:

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + statutory benefits
