Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate AI/ML Trainer to join our team in Jaipur. In this role, you will design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive training programs in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. You will mentor aspiring developers and professionals, translating complex AI algorithms and data science concepts into practical, hands-on learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions on core AI/ML topics, including Python, Data Analysis, Supervised/Unsupervised Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Design, update, and maintain course curricula, project modules, assessment tests, and training materials in line with industry trends.
- Guide students and trainees through real-world capstone projects, code reviews, and practical lab assignments.
- Assess trainee progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer targeted mentorship to ensure strong learning outcomes.




- Conduct workshops and interactive Q&A; sessions to clear technical concepts and foster a team-oriented learning environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of relevant industry or instructional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and key AI/ML libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Core Competencies: Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, accessible terms.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience as a corporate trainer, academic lecturer, or boot camp instructor.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools, LLMs, or MLOps frameworks.
