JOB SUMMARY

Wordium is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth and enhance our global presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building client relationships, executing marketing initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities within the publishing and digital content industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the publishing, eLearning, and digital content industries.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other digital channels.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track opportunities using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.




- Outreach to and manage international and domestic clients
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in the Publishing, IT, or ITeS industry

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, English, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, or a similar role.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation and B2B sales.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and CRM tools.
- Experience in publishing, eLearning, SaaS, or digital content services.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media marketing.

Experience working with international clients is an added advantage.
Immediate Joiners required

Pay: ₹14,462.21 - ₹25,000.00 per month
