Job description- Estimation & Procurement & billing Salary – 25- 35 K Responsibilities • Prepare BOQ, analyse quotes by sub-contractors & vendors • Prepare quick cost estimates as a part of proposals under tight deadlines • Review material & labour cost make cost evaluations & comparisons • Prepare document to Invite quotations from vendors & contractors • Negotiate price & terms of delivery with subcontractors and material vendors • Oversee the procurement (as per project schedule) such as selection, comparison, review/verify unit rates & delivery timelines • Check and prepare Purchase Orders, etc; • Check & prepare payment schedule in coordination with site supervisor as per the site progress • Finalize accounts in the period of final measurement; • Track & update the cost estimate for any escalations as the project progresses Qualifications • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management; • Knowledge of commercial Interior design projects • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, MS Words, MS Project

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
