Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking, energetic, and service-oriented Busboy / Restaurant Steward to support the restaurant service team. The role is responsible for maintaining clean and organized tables, assisting servers, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave.
- Set and reset tables with plates, cutlery, glasses, napkins, and other items.
- Assist servers with food and beverage service when required.
- Refill water and other table necessities.
- Keep the dining area, service stations, and tables clean and organized.
- Collect and remove used dishes, glasses, and cutlery.
- Deliver dirty dishes to the dishwashing area and clean items to the appropriate storage area.
- Assist with carrying food, beverages, and service equipment.
- Support the restaurant team during busy periods.
- Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards.




- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Follow restaurant safety, cleanliness, and service procedures.
- Respond politely to guest requests and direct queries to the appropriate server or supervisor.
- Perform other duties assigned by the restaurant management.

Requirements

- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for long periods.
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene is an advantage.
