- Manage and monitor Pan-India Hub Operations from Surat.
- Coordinate with Hub Managers and teams across India.
- Ensure smooth Hub operations, productivity, and target achievement.
- Manage Hub compliance, SOPs, audits, and documentation.
- Monitor manpower, attendance, performance, and operational KPIs.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Admin, and Operations teams.
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct Hub visits across India when required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
