Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing Preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team, develop current business opportunities, and drive sales growth in the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop new leads and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and conversion.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams.
- Prepare sales reports and track targets.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and market reach.

Skills Required

- Relevant experience in Sales & Business Development.
- Solar industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with strong business development skills.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
