Location

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
MBA (Marketing) preferred.
1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
Experience in Industrial Automation, Engineering Services, IT Services, SaaS, or Digital Transformation will be an added advantage.

Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research prospective customers across target industries.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns (e.g. Saleshandy), Web Crawler, AI based tools, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
Identify decision-makers within target organizations.
Customer Engagement
Initiate conversations with potential customers to understand their business requirements.




Schedule meetings and product presentations for the Business Development team.
Build long-term relationships with prospective clients.
Conduct follow-ups to convert enquiries into qualified opportunities.
Sales Support
Prepare customer profiles and prospect reports.
Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams for customer discussions.
Support proposal submissions, capability presentations, and commercial documentation.
Track opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
Territory Coverage
Responsible for driving business development across India, APAC, and MENA, focusing on GCCs, IT & Engineering Services, Oil & Gas, Metal & Mining, Manufacturing, Process Industries, Energy & Utilities, EPC, OEM, Infrastructure, etc.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
