We’re Hiring – Client Relationship Manager (For a CA Firm)

Location: Ludhiana | Full time | In-Person

We’re looking for a responsible and dynamic individual to join our Chartered Accountancy Firm as a Client Relationship Manager - someone who can lead with confidence, manage time like a pro, and build strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Act as the main point of contact for client communication – calls, messages and emails.

* Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders for ongoing work, documents, and deadlines

* Address client queries professionally and coordinate internally for resolutions

* Keep a close check on task timelines, client updates, and service delivery

* Manage and support the internal team to ensure work is organized and on track

* Maintain a calm and solution-oriented attitude even in stressful situations

* Represent the firm with punctuality, professionalism, and clarity





* Maintain accurate records of client communication and updates

* Confidence in handling follow-ups with Team and client interactions

* Problem-solving mindset with a calm attitude under pressure

* Highly organized, punctual, and responsible

* Experience in a CA Firm or professional services environment is a plus
