- The Sales Coordinator supports the sales and business development teams by handling day-to-day administrative tasks, communicating with clients, and ensuring smooth project handovers from initial inquiry to final execution.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead & CRM Management: Track incoming inquiries, update lead statuses, and maintain accurate data inside CRM software.
- Proposal Preparation: Draft techno-commercial quotes, project estimates, and tender documents in coordination with technical teams.
- Site & Meeting Coordination: Schedule site visits for field engineers and set up client consultations.
- Internal Liaison: Connect the sales department with design, procurement, and project execution teams for Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and drawing approvals.
- Customer Support: Answer client questions regarding project timelines, net metering processes, and government subsidies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
