Job Title: Store Manager – Garments (Woven)

Location: Bhavani, Erode

Experience: 10+ Years (Preferably in woven garment manufacturing)

Qualification: Textile / Apparel / Garment Technology or a relevant degree

Roles and Responsibilities

01. Oversee timely receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of trims and fabrics to production, ensuring uninterrupted operations.

02. Coordinate with Production, Job Work, and Merchant teams to align material availability with production schedules.

03. Maintain optimal inventory levels, control running orders, and reduce non-moving or obsolete stock through regular monitoring and reconciliation.

04. Implement productive warehouse layouts, space utilization, and material handling practices to minimize damage and handling time.

05. Ensure adherence to cleanliness, safety, and 5S standards across all storage locations.

06. Lead, train, and evaluate stores personnel, defining roles, shifts,



and performance standards to maximize productivity and discipline.

07. Recommend and implement process improvements, automation, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and manpower utilization.
