We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to counsel Indian nurses on overseas job opportunities in Germany and promote German language training programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel and engage with nurses and prospective candidates.
- Promote Germany overseas career opportunities and language programs.
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and training teams for smooth onboarding.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years’ experience in sales, counselling, or business development.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with solid relationship-building abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
