We are looking for the CS trainee for our PCS Firm Kunal Kumar Singh & Co.
1) Work on secretarial compliance as per Companies Act, 2013; Ability to work under pressure to meet client deadlines;
2) Handling work related to company formation for resident and Non-resident; Regular compliances and Annual Compliances under Companies Act, 2013 which include filing various forms on MCA. (AOC 4, MGT-7, DIR-12,DIRECTOR KYC, DPT 3,DIR 11, and other forms);
3) Preparation and drafting of Board and General Meeting documents, Director’s Report and maintenance of Statutory Registers;
4) Drafting various agreements for companies.
5) LLP incorporation and annual filings.
6) Assist in due diligence of companies.
Job Types: Full time, Internship
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
