Senior Software Developer / Tech Team Lead — PFS (Kolkata)

PFS is hiring a Senior Software Developer / Team Lead to lead and manage our software & mobile development team at RegalFintech. This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll manage the team and actively contribute to coding, testing, deployment, and delivery.

Location: Kolkata HO
CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA
Experience: 3–4 years (minimum) with mandatory mobile app development and fintech experience
Education: Any college graduate with relevant experience

What you’ll do
- Lead and mentor the mobile and software development team at RegalFintech.
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications (iOS/Android/cross-platform).
- Actively write and review code; take ownership of feature delivery from design to production.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and handle deployments to app stores and backend environments.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and operations to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
- Drive best practices: code quality, automated testing, monitoring,



and release processes.

What we’re looking for

- 3–4 years of experience building and shipping mobile applications.
- Strong hands-on skills in native (Swift/Kotlin) or cross-platform (React Native/Flutter) development.
- Comfortable leading a small engineering team and making technical decisions.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and cloud/backend integrations.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills; product-oriented mindset.
