## Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Artificial Intelligence to lead our AI/ML initiatives and drive innovation through data-driven and generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML, GenAI, causal inference, Bayesian modeling, and agentic AI systems, along with proven leadership experience in managing high-performing technical teams. As the Director of AI/ML, you will guide the end-to-end AI strategy, from research and experimentation to deployment and scaling of production-grade models. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Product, and Data to build intelligent, consumer-focused solutions that deliver measurable business impact. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about advancing AI capabilities across the organization.

## Must Have Skills

* AI/ML/Data Science.

* Generative AI.

* LLMs, prompt engineering, neural network architectures.

* Python, PyTorch, FastAI, and related ML frameworks.

* Agentic AI systems, multi-component prompting (MCPs).

* Bayesian modeling and reinforcement learning.

* 8+ years of experience in AI/ML/Data Science, with at least 2+ years in Generative AI product development.

* Deep expertise in LLMs, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and neural network architectures.

* Strong understanding of agentic AI systems, multi-component prompting (MCPs),



and autonomous workflow orchestration.

* Proven experience in causal inference, Bayesian modeling, and reinforcement learning.

* Experience deploying and managing production workloads on AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar cloud platforms.

* Knowledge of model evaluation, benchmarking standards, and performance optimization.

* Proficiency in modern development tools – Git, code review platforms (e.g., CodeRabbit, Cursor), and agile practices.

* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

## Good to Have Skills

* AI ethics, governance, and compliance frameworks.

* Data pipelines, MLOps.

* Familiarity with healthcare or other regulated industries is an advantage.

* Experience leading cross-functional AI strategy at an organizational level.

## Key Responsibilities

* Define and execute the organization’s AI/ML strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives.

* Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions.

* Drive innovation using Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI frameworks to enhance automation and product capabilities.

* Oversee model lifecycle management — from data collection and model training to deployment, optimization, and monitoring.

* Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into production-grade applications.





* Ensure AI models meet industry standards for accuracy, fairness, explainability, and compliance.

* Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning within the AI team.

* Partner with leadership to evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies and tools.

* Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing insights derived from advanced analytics and causal inference models.

## Required Skills & Experience

* 8+ years of experience in AI/ML/Data Science, with at least 2+ years in Generative AI product development.

Pay: ₹6,500,000.00 - ₹11,000,000.00 per month
