We are looking for a responsible, experienced, and hands-on Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities at our construction site. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in managing construction-site operations, supervising workers and contractors, and ensuring that assigned work is completed efficiently and as per the required standards.

An engineering degree is not mandatory for this position. Candidates with relevant practical experience in construction site supervision and management are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Manage and coordinate workers, contractors, subcontractors, and site staff.
- Ensure work is carried out as per the instructions of management and project requirements.
- Monitor the quality and progress of ongoing construction and finishing works.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and other site resources.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely completion of assigned work.
- Identify and report site-related issues, delays, material requirements, and manpower requirements to management.
- Maintain daily site records and provide regular progress updates.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, discipline,



and safety practices at the site.
- Coordinate with the engineering/project team wherever required.
- Follow up on pending works and ensure timely completion.
- Handle other site-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate site management/supervision.
- Practical knowledge of construction activities, labour management, and site operations.
- Previous experience in residential or commercial construction will be preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workers and contractors effectively.
- Should be responsible, disciplined, and comfortable working at a construction site.
- Engineering/Civil Engineering degree is not mandatory. Candidates with robust practical construction experience will be considered.
- Age: 30 years and above preferred.
- Local candidates from Siliguri are preferred.

Compensation:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
