Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, security, and technical support. The ideal candidate will ensure reliable IT operations, manage technology projects, and lead the IT team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, servers, systems, and hardware.
- Lead and supervise the IT support team and allocate technical responsibilities.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of IT systems and services.
- Monitor network performance, system availability, and IT security.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, access controls, backups, and disaster-recovery procedures.
- Manage installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical IT issues in a timely manner.
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, licenses, and technology contracts.
- Develop and manage the IT budget and control technology-related expenses.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
