# Architect Designer

**Location:** Lower Parel, Mumbai

**Experience:** 2–3 Years

**Salary:** ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

### Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced **Architect Designer** with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, developing design concepts, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring projects are completed as per requirements.

### Key Responsibilities

* Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.

* Develop architectural concepts and design proposals.

* Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD and other design software.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and site teams.

* Conduct site visits and monitor design execution.

* Review drawings and make necessary revisions.

* Ensure designs comply with project requirements and applicable standards.

* Prepare presentations,



3D views and architectural documentation.

* Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants.

* Ensure timely completion of assigned projects.

### Requirements

* B.Arch degree or equivalent qualification.

* 2–3 years of relevant architectural experience.

* Proficiency in **AutoCAD** is required.

* Knowledge of **SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max or other architectural software** is an advantage.

* Valuable knowledge of architectural drawings and construction processes.

* Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

* Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
