About the Role

Amtrix Infotech is hiring International Sales Executives for our Logistics & Freight Forwarding team in Mohali.

We are looking for confident, energetic, and target-oriented individuals who can reach out to international clients, generate leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into business opportunities.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to international clients and potential customers through calls, emails, and other business channels.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in international markets.
- Promote freight forwarding and logistics services to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate rates and close deals to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth shipment execution.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements





- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with international clients.
- Sales-oriented and comfortable working with targets.
- Willingness to work in the 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM international shift.
- Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
- Experience in international sales, freight forwarding, logistics, B2B sales, or similar roles is an advantage.
