We are looking for Quality Engineer at coimbatore location. The role involves inspection, documentation, process monitoring, and continuous improvement under the guidance of senior quality engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in incoming, in-process, and final inspection of sheet metal components
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, and gauges
- Support preparation and maintenance of quality documents (Inspection Reports, Checklists, SOPs)
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Identify defects and support root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Assist in handling customer complaints and internal quality issues
- Maintain records of inspection results and quality data
- Support implementation of quality systems like ISO 9001, 5S, and Kaizen




- Ensure proper identification and segregation of non-conforming materials

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of quality control and inspection techniques
- Understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments
- Valuable observation and analytical skills

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Freshers or 0–1 year experience in manufacturing/quality

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
