Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to define project needs, goals, style preferences, and budgets.
- Design & Drafting: Create schematic designs, 3D models, and detailed blueprints using CAD or BIM software like AutoCAD and Revit.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all plans align with local zoning laws, safety rules, and building codes.
- Project Coordination: Work alongside structural, civil, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) engineers and contractors.
- Contract Administration: Prepare cost estimates, material selections, bidding packages, and construction contracts.
- Site Inspections: Visit active construction sites to monitor quality and ensure work matches the approved architectural plans
