We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a background in the chemical sector to lead our sales team and drive our growth.

Job Description: As the Company Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. You will oversee the sales team, ensure the effective execution of sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the chemical industry to achieve company revenue goals.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to reach and exceed sales targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the chemical sector.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Analyze sales performance and industry trends to make informed decisions and adjustments.

Collaborate with R&D; and product development teams to align sales strategies with market needs.

Prepare and deliver sales reports and presentations to senior management.

Stay informed about market conditions, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the chemical industry

Qualifications:





Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the chemical industry.

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in the chemical sector.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to analyze sales metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Understanding of industry-specific regulations and market trends.
