We are seeking a data-driven and customer-centric CRM Executive to manage our customer relationship database and drive audience engagement. In this role, you will take operational ownership of our CRM platform to maintain clean customer data, execute targeted life-cycle marketing campaigns, and analyze customer interaction metrics. Your ultimate goal is to optimize customer retention, support the sales pipeline, and maximize lifetime customer value

- Ability to multitask across tight schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills:

- Proven hands-on proficiency with major CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Zoho CRM).
- Solid mastery of data sorting tools, advanced MS Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS or email formatting tools is a major plus

Pay: ₹15,091.41 - ₹42,752.03 per month
