Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, documentation, and other HR activities while supporting the HR team in day-to-day functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
- Schedule interviews and maintain interview trackers.
- Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave, and HR documentation activities.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and presentations.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Assist the HR team with drafting HR-related communications and documents.
- Coordinate with employees and departments for routine HR requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR team.





Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/MSW/PG/Master’s in Human Resources, BBA/B.Com, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
