About the Job Role

The Digital Marketing Intern will gain hands-on experience in managing company and client social media accounts, including content research, planning, scheduling, audience engagement, competitor research, analytics, and performance reporting. The role will also provide exposure to Meta Ads, lead generation, client coordination, and social media growth strategies, while working closely with graphic and internal teams.

Job Responsibility

● Assist in managing company and client social media accounts across relevant platforms.

● Conduct basic research on clients, target audiences, markets, competitors, trends, and content topics.

● Assist in developing weekly and monthly social media content plans.

● Research content ideas, captions, hashtags, trends, posts, reels, and stories.

● Assist with scheduling and publishing social media posts and reels.

● Monitor social media accounts and support daily audience engagement, comments, and messages.

● Assist in developing social media strategies for company and client accounts.

● Track basic social media metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, leads, and conversions.

● Assist in analyzing content and campaign performance and suggest areas for improvement.





● Support Meta Ads campaign setup, audience targeting, lead generation, and campaign monitoring.

● Assist in tracking leads generated through social media and advertising campaigns.

● Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and internal teams for content requirements and delivery.

● Assist in communicating with clients, understanding requirements, and participating in client meetings when required.

● Prepare basic client performance reports and daily/weekly work updates.

● Identify social media issues and assist in finding suitable solutions.

● Support the development and implementation of social media growth strategies.

● Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and new content formats.

● Maintain content calendars, task updates, campaign records, and work reports.

● Gain hands-on experience in end-to-end social media management, content marketing, client management, and Meta Ads.

● Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple responsibilities.
