Preferred experience in Plastic Bag Making Machines, Pouch Making Machines, PVC Label Machines, or Extruder Machine Manufacturing. experience in purchase or supply chain in a manufacturing or engineering Material (Like Engineering Parts Drawing, Bearing, fastner, Motor, Gearbox,Timing pully, Timing belt Etc Engineering Material setup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily purchase activities and vendor coordination
- Maintain daily and monthly stock records accurately
- Monitor stock levels to ensure availability for monthly production needs
- Prepare and issue purchase orders as per production requirements
- Evaluate supplier quotations, payment terms, and delivery timelines
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery status
- Coordinate with stores, accounts, and production departments
- Negotiate prices and build robust vendor relationships to optimize costs

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel,



Word, Outlook) & Telly Software
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati)
- Keen attention to detail and ability to understand technical specifications
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

Eligibility Criteria:

- Diploma or Degree Mechanical Engineering / B.com / BBA/Material Management
- 8–20 years of experience in Store Department in a manufacturing or engineering setup

Salary:

₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month (CTC) Salary No bar for Experience Candidates
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
