Oxybee Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a Proposal Manager in the water treatment industry leads the strategic creation, estimation, and submission of complex techno-commercial bids for industrial and municipal water management systems. They bridge the gap between engineering, procurement, and business development to deliver profitable, competitive tenders.

Core Responsibilities

- Strategic Bid Leadership: Evaluate incoming RFQs/RFPs (Request for Proposals) to lead bid/no-bid decisions. Manage bid timelines and lead cross-functional proposal teams to submit fully compliant tenders.
- Techno-Commercial Offer Development: Oversee detailed technical and commercial proposals for processes such as Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultrafiltration (UF), Membrane Bioreactors (MBR), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD).
- Costing & Estimation: Direct the preparation of detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), capital expenditures (CAPEX), and operational costs (OPEX).



Collaborate with procurement to secure back-to-back vendor quotes and ensure competitive margins.
- Process & Engineering Alignment: Collaborate with process engineers to validate design calculations, Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;), and equipment sizing.
- Risk & Governance Management: Identify project execution, legal, and financial risks early to draft appropriate technical exceptions and commercial deviations.

Education-Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical

Experience -Typically 8-12+ years in water and wastewater engineering, with proven tenure leading proposal/estimation teams.

Technical Expertise- Deep knowledge of biological treatment, membrane systems, chemical dosing, sludge handling, and industrial reuse applications.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
