- We are hiring Relationship Officers responsible for loan sales and collections, including JLG (Joint
- Liability Group), Personal Loans (PL), and Business Loans (BL). The role involves fieldwork, customer
- acquisition, and timely collection follow-ups. Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for JLG, PL, and BL products
- Conduct field visits for sales and collections
- Ensure timely collection of loan repayments
- Maintain solid relationships with customers
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
- Update customer records and daily activity reports
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / Any UG Degree
- Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates
- Age: 20–30 years (preferred)
- Mandatory Requirements:
- Valid Driving License
- Own two-wheeler (Bike)
- Working Hours:
- 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Pay: ₹9,688.62 - ₹30,000.00 per month
