Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and reliable Videographer to join our content team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in shooting UGC content, social media videos, podcasts, events, and product/brand videos.

The candidate will work closely with the Content Creator and Video Editor to plan and execute high-quality video shoots that align with the brand's visual standards and social media requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot UGC videos, Instagram Reels, podcast episodes, events, product videos, and brand content.
- Set up, operate, and manage cameras, lighting, microphones, and basic audio equipment.
- Plan and coordinate shoot requirements with the Content Creator and Video Editor.
- Coordinate shoot schedules, locations, equipment, and other production requirements.
- Ensure high-quality footage with proper framing, composition, lighting, focus, and audio.
- Capture footage suitable for different social media platforms and content formats.
- Review footage during and after shoots to ensure required shots are properly captured.
- Organise, label, back up, and maintain raw video files and footage.
- Maintain and take proper care of cameras, lighting equipment, audio equipment, and other production gear.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to achieve the desired creative output.
- Adapt to different locations, shooting conditions, and content requirements.





Qualifications & Experience

- 1–2 years of experience in videography, including freelance, internship, academic, or professional projects.
- Freshers with strong practical experience and a good portfolio may also be considered.
- Familiarity with camera equipment, lighting, and basic audio equipment.
- Basic understanding of camera settings such as ISO, shutter speed, aperture, white balance, and focus.
- Experience shooting content for social media platforms is an advantage.
- Candidates should have a portfolio or samples of previous video work.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong visual and compositional sense.
- Good understanding of lighting, framing, camera angles, and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable working across different locations and shooting conditions.
- Basic technical knowledge of camera and production equipment.
- Good equipment-handling and maintenance skills.
- Ability to work with tight schedules and meet content deadlines.
- Robust teamwork and coordination skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Ability to take creative direction and adapt to feedback.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with UGC, Reels, YouTube Shorts, podcasts, product videos, or promotional content.
- Basic knowledge of video editing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with current social media video trends.
- Experience working with content creators, marketing teams, or production teams.

Pay: ₹25,902.99 - ₹37,684.82 per month
