Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Store Associates to join our apparel brand store. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and supporting day-to-day retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their fashion and product requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products, sizes, colours, and styles.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Drive conversion, UPT and average bill value (ABV).
- Explain product features, offers, promotions, and brand benefits.
- Maintain proper product displays, folding, hanging, sizing, and replenishment.
- Support Visual Merchandising and maintain the store according to brand standards.
- Ensure trial rooms and customer areas are clean and organized.
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and basic complaints professionally.
- Support stock receiving, tagging, replenishment, stock counting, and inventory management.
- Ensure products are properly arranged according to category, size, colour, and style.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, discipline, attendance, and customer interaction.




- Coordinate with the Store Manager and team members to achieve daily targets.
- Follow all company SOPs, billing procedures, loss-prevention practices, and operational guidelines.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year of experience in apparel/fashion retail preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge or interest in fashion and apparel.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and during promotional periods.
- Smart grooming and professional appearance.
- Team player with a solid sense of responsibility.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills, plus applicable incentives.
