Job Opening: Sales Manager: Field Sales (Solar Industry)

Location: Noida, Sector-64

Working Area: Delhi NCR

Industry: Solar Energy

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)

Mandatory: Two-wheeler (Bike) with valid driving license

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle field sales activities for solar products and projects
- Generate current leads and develop business across Delhi NCR
- Meet potential clients, give product presentations & close deals
- Manage channel partners, dealers & installers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Coordinate with technical & installation teams for smooth execution
- Maintain client relationships and ensure post-sales support
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in solar field sales (mandatory)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of solar rooftop / solar solutions is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and ready for field work
- Must own a bike and be willing to travel across NCR

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Solar field sales: 1 year (Preferred)
