At India Circuits Pvt. Ltd., we manufacture high-quality Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) that power a wide range of electronic products. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced HR Executive who understands the people and compliance challenges of a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute bulk hiring drives to meet production manpower requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and factory requirements.
- Maintain statutory records, registers and documentation.
- Handle employee grievances
- Attendance, leave, onboarding, confirmations, and employee records.
- Coordinate safety initiatives and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies.




- Work closely with department heads to support manpower planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Desired Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience in grievance handling, employee relations.
- Valuable understanding of factory administration, safety practices, and training & development.
