Summary

As an English Teacher, you will design engaging language lessons and support learners across ages and proficiency levels. You will deliver online and in-person instruction, develop instructional materials, and assess progress to promote mastery of English, ESL, and literacy skills. Reporting to the lead educator or program director, you’ll employ effective classroom management, lesson planning, and tutoring techniques to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment. Your experience with children and adult learners will drive meaningful outcomes and a love of language.

Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging English instruction to students across age groups, using prepared instructional materials and lesson plans.

- Design and adapt curricula, create assessments, and provide timely feedback to support language development.

- Manage online classrooms through video conferencing tools, monitor student progress, and maintain a positive learning environment.

- Support diverse learners, including ESL students and those with special education needs,



through differentiated instruction and accommodations.

- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in teaching English to diverse learners, including ESL and young learners

- Robust skills in instructional materials development, lesson planning, and online instruction via video conferencing

- Classroom management, scaffolding strategies, and adaptation of instruction for preschool to adult education

- Proficiency in curriculum development, learning technology, and use of digital resources to support literacy and language acquisition

- Excellent communication, presentation, and tutoring abilities; prior experience with children and childcare settings is preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
