Skilled in translating complex business needs into functional and technical designs, delivering end-to-end solutions across workflow configuration, custom development, SAP Fiori integration, testing, deployment, and production support. Adept at driving solution validation, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvement while leveraging SAP HANA technologies to deliver efficient, business-focused outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Design, configure, and support SAP Workflow and Adaptable Workflow-enabled business processes.
Develop and enhance ABAP-based applications, workflow components, and integration solutions.
Configure approval rules, agent determination, events, escalations, and process automation frameworks.
Integrate SAP workflows with SAP Fiori and enterprise applications.
Prepare functional and technical specifications to support solution delivery.
Support testing, deployment, and production operations.
Troubleshoot defects, perform root cause analysis, and resolve workflow and application issues.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
Skill Requirements
SAP S/4HANA Functional Processes – Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA business processes, approval frameworks, and workflow-enabled business scenarios across Finance, Procurement, HR, and Enterprise Services.
SAP Workflow & Flexible Workflow – Expertise in designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Business Workflow and S/4HANA Flexible Workflow solutions, including tasks, events, approvals,



escalations, substitutions, deadline monitoring, and agent determination.
ABAP Development & SAP HANA Optimization – Proficient in Object-Oriented ABAP, enhancements, BAdIs, user exits, debugging, performance tuning, and SAP HANA-optimized development using code pushdown principles.
Modern ABAP Technologies – Hands-on experience with CDS Views, AMDP, RAP, OData Services, and Eclipse-based ABAP Development Tools for building scalable and performant SAP applications.
SAP Fiori & User Experience Integration – Experience integrating workflows with SAP Fiori My Inbox and supporting end-to-end approval processes across backend and user-facing applications.
Business Rules & Process Automation – Strong knowledge of BRF+, workflow decision frameworks, approval matrices, business rule modeling, and intelligent process automation.
Workflow Operations & Production Support – Skilled in workflow monitoring, work item analysis, error resolution, workflow restarts, event troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and operational support.
Solution Design & Functional Specifications – Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical designs, prepare specifications, evaluate solution options, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Testing & Quality Assurance – Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, deployment validation, activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration – Effective collaboration with business users, Product Owners, functional consultants, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions and process improvements.
