Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Assistant Client Manager to handle B2C residential interior clients across HSR Layout, Whitefield, and Yelahanka. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, managing follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the interior project journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle B2C residential interior enquiries and understand client requirements.
- Communicate with clients through calls, meetings, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand client preferences, budget, space requirements, and expectations.
- Assist the Client Manager in managing customer relationships from enquiry to project handover.
- Coordinate with Interior Designers, Sales Teams, Project Teams, and other departments.
- Schedule client meetings, design discussions, and site visits.
- Follow up with prospective clients and support lead conversion.
- Explain design concepts, product details, project timelines, and processes to clients.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and other client-related documents.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and keep clients updated on project progress.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of client discussions, requirements, follow-ups, and project status.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and support the team in obtaining positive reviews and referrals.




- Support the Client Manager in achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

- Any Bachelor's degree
- 1–4 years of experience in Client Management, Customer Relationship Management, Sales, or Interior Design.
- Experience in B2C / residential interiors will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings/site visits when required.
