We are hiring an experienced and motivated Team Leader to lead, manage, and motivate a team and ensure the achievement of daily and monthly targets.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity.
- Handle day-to-day team operations and resolve team-related issues.
- Provide regular guidance, feedback, and support to team members.
- Track individual and team performance and prepare reports.
- Ensure quality and process standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business goals.
- Monitor team targets and performance on a regular basis.
- Support team members in resolving operational and customer-related issues.
- Maintain effective communication within the team.

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team-handling and leadership abilities.
- Target-oriented approach and positive problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Candidates from relevant BPO, Sales, or Customer Service backgrounds are preferred.
- Ability to manage team performance and achieve targets.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
