Job Description – Marketing Executive (BE-IT/CSE Fresher)

About the Role

We are looking for a BE-IT/CSE Fresher who is interested in building a career in Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, and International Business Development within an IT company.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of technology and strong communication skills, with the ability to identify potential clients, generate leads, and engage with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, online research, and other digital channels.
- Identify and research potential international clients and businesses requiring IT services.
- Build and maintain prospect databases with accurate contact and company information.
- Reach out to prospects through cold emails, LinkedIn, and other professional communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/business development team.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and introductory communication for prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper lead status in CRM/tools.
- Conduct market research to identify new industries, companies, and international markets.




- Support the team in generating opportunities for web development, software development, and other IT services.
- Track lead-generation activities, responses, meetings, and conversions.
- Maintain professional communication with prospects from different countries and time zones.

Required Skills

- BE/B.Tech in IT/CSE or a related technical field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of basic IT concepts and software/web development terminology.
- Strong research and internet-search skills.
- Interest in sales, marketing, lead generation, and international business development.
- Good English communication skills.
- Proactive, confident, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Google, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, or email marketing will be an advantage.
