We’re looking for an Operations Engineer with experience in PLCs, industrial controllers, shopfloor automation, and data connectivity projects for top manufacturing brands like Tata Motors, Mahindra, Toyota Kirloskar, Napino and Varroc.

What You’ll Do:

Work with PLCs, controller (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, Omron) and industrial comms (Modbus, OPC-UA, RS-232/485).

Handle machine wiring, electrical panel layouts, and troubleshooting electrical circuits

Integrate sensors, actuators & IO modules into live shopfloors.

Support MES, IoT & real-time data deployments.

Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth commissioning.

What We’re Looking For:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical,



Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics.

Basic PLC & industrial networking knowledge.

Shopfloor experience or strong willingness to learn.

Fluency in Hindi & English for effective plant communication.

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with PLCs, industrial automation, or shopfloor.
