About the Role

ParaHunt Global Solutions LLC is looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our growing international sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to connect with US-based professionals, understand their requirements, and convert opportunities into successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with US-based professionals through calls, messages, and other communication channels.
- Understand candidates’ career goals, requirements, and qualified background.
- Explain company services and available career opportunities clearly and confidently.
- Convince and onboard suitable candidates for our services.
- Generate and follow up on leads to maximize conversions.
- Maintain regular communication and build strong professional relationships.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/tools.




- Coordinate with internal recruitment and sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Handle objections professionally and convert potential leads into successful clients/candidates.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Willingness to work with international/US-based clients or professionals.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, telecalling, recruitment, or international processes is an advantage.
