Job Description:

- Co-ordinate with client/other project team members for implementing Green Building requirements
- Conducting site visits and attending meetings to ensure Green building requirements are being followed
- Documentation on Green Building rating systems such as IGBC, LEED, GRIHA, WELL
- Ensuring that relevant Project related information is captured and analyzed
- Evaluate issues and escalate them to the concerned departments
- To review Design and Tender documents

Communications Skills:

The position requires excellent written and oral abilities to:

· Write technical and non-technical reports

· Maintain relationships with clients, Positive presentation skills

Other Skills:

· Willingness to travel & work in different work environments

· Self-motivated and able to work in teams

· Work on multiple projects simultaneously

· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD basic knowledge

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
