We are looking for a Growth Marketer who can develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, leads, customer acquisition, engagement, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement growth marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Conduct market, competitor, customer, and audience research.
- Plan and manage campaigns across paid and organic marketing channels.
- Work closely with SEO, social media, content, performance marketing, and sales teams.
- Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, customer behavior, and conversion data.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition costs.
- Conduct A/B testing for landing pages, campaigns, messaging, and marketing strategies.




- Develop and optimize lead-generation strategies.
- Monitor the complete customer journey from acquisition to conversion and retention.
- Use analytics and marketing tools to track growth and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on growth metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
- Experiment with current marketing channels, tools, and strategies.
- Support customer retention, engagement, and referral initiatives.
- Continuously test, measure, and improve marketing activities based on data

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
