We are looking for a hands-on HR professional to manage recruitment, HR operations and employee management for a B2B construction-materials company.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment for Sales, Operations, Accounts & Logistics.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and referrals.
- Screening, interviews, salary negotiation and offer closure.
- Employee onboarding, attendance, HR documentation and payroll coordination.
- Performance tracking and employee engagement.
- Build HR processes as the company scales.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of HR/Recruitment experience.
- Strong Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience hiring sales/field-sales teams preferred.
- Startup/B2B/construction/logistics/e-commerce experience preferred.
- Valuable communication, negotiation and Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Preferred: Candidates from Infra.Market, OfBusiness, RDC, Zetwerk, Moglix, Udaan or similar fast-growing B2B companies.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
