Hiring: Brand Designer | Full-Time | Remote

We’re looking for a full time Brand Designer to join The Wild Sheep.

This role is for someone who understands branding beyond just making things look good. You’ll work on complete brand identities and design systems across different industries, and take those brands across multiple touchpoints.

Your work will include:

- Logo and brand identity design
- Complete visual systems including typography, colours and brand elements
- Packaging design across different products and formats
- Social media creatives
- Website UI and visual design (design only, not development)
- Campaign and marketing visuals
- Brand collaterals and presentations
- Brand guidelines
- Custom illustrations and typography when required
- Applying brand identities consistently across different touchpoints

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has 2–4 years of relevant design experience
- Has a strong portfolio, especially in branding and packaging
- Has a good understanding of branding, layouts, typography,



colour and visual storytelling
- Understands packaging design, print requirements and basic packaging guidelines
- Can work across different styles, industries and brand personalities
- Knows Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop, well
- Can use AI tools smartly as part of the creative process
- Is detail-oriented and has a strong eye for design
- Can communicate ideas and design decisions clearly
- Can take ownership of projects and work well within a creative team
