Lab In-Charge / Laboratory Supervisor

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in clinical laboratory operations with strong technical and leadership background

Qualifications:

- B.Sc. MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology) – Mandatory
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a clinical diagnostic laboratory
- In-depth knowledge of Biochemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Immunology, and Clinical Pathology
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Familiarity with NABL documentation, audits, and laboratory accreditation processes

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily laboratory operations including sample collection, testing, reporting, and equipment handling.
- Ensure strict adherence to NABL/NABH standards and hospital quality protocols.
- Manage and lead a team of laboratory technologists, technicians, and phlebotomists.




- Review and validate test results; ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
- Oversee preventive maintenance, calibration, and functioning of all lab equipment.
- Ensure stock management of reagents, chemicals, and consumables; monitor inventory levels.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and compliance reports for audits and inspections.
- Implement and monitor internal and external quality control programs.
- Train recent and existing lab staff in procedures, safety protocols, and latest techniques.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff for special investigations and urgent samples.
- Maintain cleanliness, biosafety, and waste disposal as per biomedical waste management rules

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
