Job Title - Indiamart Executive - Order Processing

Job Summary

The Indiamart Executive will manage and optimize the company’s presence on Indiamart, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product listings, pricing, and descriptions.

Key Responsibilities

It will include handling buyer inquiries, responding to leads promptly, sharing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams for stock, dispatch, and follow-up. The role also involves monitoring platform performance, maintaining customer records, and supporting basic online marketing activities related to Indiamart, regular collaboration with sales, operations, and customer support teams.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales or inside sales, preferably working with online marketplaces such as IndiaMART.
- Strong skills in lead management, negotiation, and closing deals, with the ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
- Good understanding of industrial or technical products, ideally in data communication, networking, or automation,



with the ability to learn product features quickly.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including transparent spoken and written English and Hindi; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in using computers, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), email, and Google workspace.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales experience in lieu of formal education will be considered.

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)

Week Off: Sunday

Location: 91 Springboard, Sector 2, Noida.

Walking distance from Noida Sector 15 Metro Station.
