As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications effectively support organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine and enhance application features is a key part of your routine, along with continuous evaluation and adjustment of the software to maintain optimal performance and relevance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of applications through thorough testing and validation.
- Document application designs, configurations, and changes to maintain clear and accessible records.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce Conga CPQ to meet complex business requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application design and deployment.
- Ability to work with integration tools and APIs to connect Salesforce Conga CPQ with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CPQ.

- This position is based at our CODC1A - SEZ location.
