About the Role

Infactra AI is looking for experienced independent consultants and industry experts from the manufacturing and industrial sector to support our enterprise expansion, digital transformation and AI adoption initiatives.

The consultant will leverage industry experience and professional network to identify business challenges, advise clients on improvement opportunities, and support Infactra AI in developing and scaling solutions across manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, logistics, finance, quality and operations.

Responsibilities

- Identify and introduce potential enterprise and manufacturing clients.
- Understand client operational challenges and identify high-value use cases.
- Advise on process improvement, automation and AI opportunities.
- Support discovery meetings, solution workshops and client discussions.




- Provide industry expertise for Infactra AI's product and solution development.
- Support implementation strategy and change-management discussions where required.
- Build relationships with CXOs, Plant Heads, Operations Heads, Supply Chain Heads, CFOs, CIOs and other decision-makers.
- Help Infactra AI expand into new manufacturing and industrial accounts.

Ideal Profile

- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, finance, quality or industrial operations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise processes and operational challenges.
- Existing relationships with manufacturing / industrial companies is a strong advantage.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, Microsoft Dynamics or similar is preferred.
- Strong communication, consulting and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently on a project, advisory or revenue-sharing basis.

Engagement Model

This is an Independent Consultant / Advisory engagement, not necessarily a full time employment position.

Compensation can be structured as:

- Project-based consulting fee
- Success fee / referral fee
- Revenue-sharing model
- Combination of the above based on engagement
