We are looking for a responsible and approachable Student Relations Counselor to support students in a medical college environment. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive student relationships, addressing concerns, coordinating with students and academic teams, and ensuring a supportive campus experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for students regarding academic and personal concerns.
- Counsel and guide students regarding their academic progress, attendance, and general issues.
- Maintain regular communication with students and their parents/guardians when required.
- Coordinate with faculty, administration, hostel and other departments to resolve student concerns.
- Monitor student satisfaction, discipline and overall well-being.
- Handle student queries professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- Organize student feedback and communicate important updates.




- Maintain proper records and reports related to student interactions.
- Support the institution in creating a positive and student-friendly workplace.

Requirements

- Qualification: Paramedical qualification is Preferred.
- Previous experience in student counseling, student coordination, healthcare/medical education or a related field is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle students patiently and professionally.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Married candidates with family are also welcome to apply.
- Candidates who are comfortable working in a medical college environment are preferred.
- Malayalam-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Candidates willing to relocate/work in Andhra Pradesh may apply.
