Visualization Developer – Power BI

Experience: 3–8 Years (B1/B2 Band)
Location: Gurgaon

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard development.
- Valuable knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Experience working with Databricks for data processing and analytics.
- Basic understanding of SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
- Exposure to Tableau (good to have).
- Experience in designing interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and report optimization.
- Ability to work with large datasets and deliver business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Create interactive visualizations for business stakeholders.
- Work with SQL and Databricks to extract, transform, and analyze data.
- Perform data validation and ensure report accuracy.
- Candidates should also have basic testing/validation experience of the dashboards they have developed (e.g., validating calculations, testing report functionality, verifying data accuracy,



and supporting UAT).
- Collaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements.
- Optimize dashboard performance and resolve reporting issues.

Interview Process

- Round 1: Virtual Technical Interview
- Round 2 / Round 3: One of these rounds will be conducted Face-to-Face at the EXL Gurgaon Office (Tuesday or Wednesday). Candidates who transparent Round 1 must be available to attend the F2F interview if shortlisted.
