Job Description:
Skill Maestro, Central India’s leading study abroad consultancy, is looking for a passionate and result-driven IELTS Trainer to join our growing academic team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality training for IELTS (Academic & General) covering all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Design and implement effective lesson plans, practice tests, and mock exams aligned with the latest IELTS exam patterns.
- Evaluate student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to help improve band scores.
- Conduct speaking mock interviews and writing assessments with detailed corrections and guidance.
- Motivate and mentor students, helping them build confidence and exam strategies.
- Maintain accurate student attendance, performance records, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with counselors to align student goals with study abroad requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS trends, test formats, and scoring criteria.

Requirements:





- Excellent command over English (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of IELTS exam structure and band descriptors.
- Comfortable using computers, online teaching tools, MS Word, email, and basic digital platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Prior experience as an IELTS/PTE/English language trainer .
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream); IELTS certification is an added advantage.
